VouchWager is not a gambling operator

VouchWager is a software tool for recording and publishing sports betting picks and the statistics they produce. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, or gambling operator of any kind. Specifically, VouchWager:

  • does not accept, place, broker, or facilitate any wager;
  • does not hold, transfer, or process gambling funds;
  • does not offer odds, markets, or the ability to bet on anything;
  • does not create, sell, or endorse betting picks — all picks on the platform are created by independent users ("cappers"), not by us.

Track records are not advice or a guarantee

Statistics shown on VouchWager (net profit, ROI, yield, win rate, EV, and similar) are computed from picks on the platform. Our system enforces structural integrity — picks are timestamped and permanently locked once settled, so past entries cannot be edited or deleted.

When a pick is linked to a real sporting event, VouchWager may grade the outcome (win, loss, or void) from third-party official score data and mark it auto-verified. Free-text or unlinked picks may still be settled by the capper. In all cases, VouchWager does not independently confirm that a recorded bet was actually placed with a sportsbook — score-matching is not the same as sportsbook placement proof.

A strong track record is not a promise of future results. Sports betting outcomes are uncertain; even skilled bettors have losing stretches, and most bettors lose money over time. Nothing on VouchWager is financial, investment, or betting advice. Any decision to purchase picks from a capper, or to place a bet, is yours alone and at your own risk.

Your jurisdiction, your responsibility

Sports betting is regulated differently everywhere and is illegal in some places. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you — both for any betting you do and for any pick-selling business you operate. VouchWager is available only to users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher).

Responsible gambling

If you choose to bet: set a budget you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and treat betting as entertainment — not income. If gambling is no longer fun, or you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, free and confidential help is available:

Cappers using VouchWager to sell picks must not target people under the legal gambling age and are expected to present their records honestly.
