Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VouchWager ("VouchWager," "we," "us"), available at vouchwager.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VouchWager is (and is not)

VouchWager is a record-keeping and analytics tool for people and communities who share sports betting picks. It lets you log picks (optionally linked to real fixtures), may auto-grade linked markets from third-party official scores, computes statistics from graded picks, publishes a read-only public track record, and posts notifications to Discord channels you connect.

VouchWager is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers; we do not hold or transmit gambling funds; and we do not provide betting picks, tips, or advice of our own. See our Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — and any betting-related activity you record or promote with it — is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and access

Sign-in is provided through Whop (whop.com). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • New accounts receive a free trial (currently 14 days, no card required). When the trial ends, logging new picks requires an active subscription; your existing public record remains viewable.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed and managed through Whop, under Whop's own terms of sale. Cancel anytime through Whop; cancellation stops future renewals and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Promotional pricing (e.g. founding-member pricing) is honored for as long as the subscription it was purchased on remains continuously active.
  • Prices for new subscriptions may change with notice on our site.

5. Your content and the permanent record

You retain ownership of the content you submit (picks, community names, logos). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service — including on your public track record page and in Discord broadcasts you configure.

Understand this before you use VouchWager:the Service's core feature is a tamper-proof record. Once a pick is settled (won, lost, or void) — whether by you or by automatic grading against official scores for linked fixtures — it is permanently locked and published to your public board. It cannot be edited, deleted, or hidden — by you or by support. By settling a pick (or by logging a pick that may auto-settle), you consent to its permanent publication. Pending (unsettled) picks may be edited or deleted.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log (selection, odds, stake, and market details). Logging fabricated picks, misrepresenting odds or stakes, or otherwise gaming the record violates these Terms and may result in termination and removal of your community. Auto-grading matches published scores for the linked event/market; it does not prove a ticket was placed at a sportsbook.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful activity, including illegal gambling promotion.
  • No impersonation, spam, scraping at abusive volume, or interference with the Service's operation or security.
  • No use of the Service to target or market to people under the legal gambling age.
  • Discord webhooks you connect must be for channels you are authorized to post to.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by VouchWager and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in it other than the limited right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STATISTICS WILL BE FREE OF COMPUTATIONAL ERROR. STATISTICS ARE COMPUTED FROM USER-SUBMITTED DATA; A VOUCHWAGER TRACK RECORD IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF ANY CAPPER'S FUTURE PERFORMANCE AND IS NOT BETTING OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOUCHWAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST SUBSCRIBERS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VouchWager harmless from claims arising out of your content, your communities, your subscribers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Sections 5, and 7–10 survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VouchWager's operator resides, without regard to conflict of law rules.
