Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VouchWager ("we," "us") collects when you use vouchwager.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information from Whop. When you sign in with Whop we receive your Whop user ID, username, and avatar. We do not receive or store your password.
  • Content you submit. Picks (sport, selection, odds, stake, results), community name, slug, logo, and the Discord webhook URL you optionally connect.
  • Payment information — held by Whop, not us.Payments are processed entirely by Whop. We never see or store card numbers; we only receive subscription status (e.g. active, plan type) so the Service knows what you've purchased.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics (gtag.js), Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights to understand site traffic, referrers, page views, and performance. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect device/browser data, approximate location, and how you use the Service. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the Service: your dashboard, statistics, and billing state.
  • To publish your public track record — your community name, capper username/avatar, and every settled pick with its statistics are, by design, publicly visible to anyone with the link.
  • To post win notifications to the Discord channel you connect (sent only to your configured webhook).
  • To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
  • To secure and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. The permanent public record

VouchWager's core feature is a tamper-proof public track record. Settled picks are locked and publicly visible permanently — this is disclosed prominently and is the product's purpose. Think of your public board as publishing: do not log anything you are not comfortable having publicly and permanently associated with your capper identity.

We share data only with the processors that run the Service:

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your profile and personal identifiers. Because the permanent record is the Service's core promise to pick buyers, deleting your account also takes your community's public board offline — but we do not offer selective deletion of individual settled picks while a board remains live.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also manage payment and subscription data directly in your Whop account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security and column-level grants in our database (your Discord webhook URL is never readable by public visitors), and signature-verified payment webhooks. No system is perfectly secure; use the Service with that understanding.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. See Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
